Meeting Rooms are available at no charge during normal Library hours for use by community organizations whose primary membership includes residents of Baxter County. Library sponsored programs and events will receive priority.  The Library reserves the right to relocate or cancel scheduled reservations.

Please print and return the completed form to the Program Coordinator, Donald W. Reynolds Library, 300 Library Hill, Mountain Home, AR 72653. Fax to: 870-580-0935 or email: kathe.a@baxlib.org. Your request will be processed, usually within a week, and you will be notified when your request is confirmed. Pre-payment of fees is required.

Audio-Visual Equipment
By request, a podium, laptop, video projector, and sound system can be made available for use in the Knox Community Rooms. Pre-arrange a training time on how to use equipment.

Refreshments/Catering
The Library’s coffee shop vendor has the right of first refusal on any catering of meals and/or refreshments. Groups who reserve the Knox Community Rooms may use Library’s coffee pots (filters provided). Covered beverages from the Library Coffee Shop are permitted in the small conference and study rooms. Please report any spills immediately.

Use of the catering kitchen must be reserved and is subject to availability.

Set Up/Take Down
Groups can easily set up and take down tables on wheels and chairs as needed. Or, room set-up and take-down is available from Library staff for a fee. When finished using rooms, trash must be placed in receptacles, the room left clean and vacated 15 minutes prior to the Library closing.
